Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting by performing health assessments and managing acute and chronic conditions. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, ordering diagnostic tests, and collaborating with other physicians and APPs.
Candidates must be qualified Advanced Practice Providers, specifically Nurse Practitioners (NPs) or Physician Assistants (PAs). The role requires experience in primary care and the ability to manage a patient load of approximately 18-20 patients per day.

Our team of hospital physicians provides in-patient services at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center, Sentara Leigh Hospital, Sentara Obici Hospital, Sentara Princess Anne Hospital, and Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital. In order to help our patients navigate a myriad of healthcare options, Bayview offers the convenience of electronic medical records and our offices are equipped with state of the art technology.
