Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across electrical, plumbing, and carpentry trades to support store operations. Oversee service contractors and implement corporate energy conservation and waste management programs.
Requires a high school diploma or vocational training with verifiable experience in maintenance and high mechanical ability. Must be physically capable of lifting up to 100 pounds and working in confined spaces or inclement weather.
POSITION SUMMARY:

This position performs preventive maintenance and oversees service contractors’ delivery of routine maintenance (housekeeping, landscape maintenance, pest control, etc.). This role must possess broad skills in various building trades (I.E., plumbing, carpentry, electrical, mechanical, etc.) and broad mechanical aptitude. This position is responsible to support corporate facility maintenance, energy conservation, and waste management programs.
