The supervisor leads manufacturing engineering support to ensure process stability, quality, and throughput in production operations. They also partner with product development to ensure new models are designed for manufacturability and lead the engineering team.
Candidates must have at least an associate degree in mechanical engineering or a related field and 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience. Proficiency in CAD, technical documentation, and structured problem-solving methods is required.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor leads manufacturing engineering support within the plant and provides technical leadership for production operations. This role drives process stability, quality improvement, throughput optimization, and manufacturability of new and existing boat models.
The Supervisor partners cross-functionally to ensure efficient, repeatable, and scalable manufacturing processes while leading and developing the manufacturing engineering team.
