Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in centers, homes, and community settings to improve communication and social skills. Collect electronic data on client progress and maintain communication with the supervising BCBA.
Requires a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check and physical requirements. Completion of RBT and CPR training is required within 30 days of hire.

Are you looking for an entry-level role where you can positively impact the lives of children and their families? Are you interested in growth potential? Join our team at BASS ABA as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and see the impact you can make.
As an RBT, you will have the opportunity to work directly with individuals receiving ABA therapy and will be supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to ensure the most effective delivery of ABA programming. RBTs work with clients on improving communication, social, and daily living skills. BASS offers a comprehensive approach to ABA therapy, which requires you to work with children both within our centers and within the community. This is a collaborative role, and as an RBT with BASS, you will work closely with a large team of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs where your input is valued.
