Provide hands-on respiratory care, including assessments and airway clearance, for residents in a long-term care setting. Collaborate with nursing and physicians to track progress and adjust care plans to improve patient outcomes.
Must be a graduate of an AMA-approved respiratory therapy program with an active state and national RT license (RRT or CRT). Current BLS certification is required, with ACLS required for those working in ventilator units.

At Banyan Pulmonary Services, we partner with skilled nursing facilities to ensure residents with pulmonary related diagnoses receive comprehensive, multidisciplinary care delivered with consistency, clinical excellence, and compassion. As a third party pulmonology partner, we provide oversight and treatment for residents with chronic and complex respiratory conditions. We help facilities strengthen outcomes while supporting day to day care delivery. We focus on bringing reliable pulmonary expertise to the bedside, especially in environments where respiratory needs can be under recognized or difficult to manage without dedicated specialist support. Why “Banyan”? The banyan tree, native to India, is known for strength, longevity, and its unique way of growing. Its roots descend from its branches, take hold in the ground, and form new trunks, creating a wide, interconnected canopy that can shelter an entire community. Across Indian culture and beyond, the banyan represents resilience, community, and shelter. For us, that meaning is personal and practical. It mirrors how we strive to show up for residents and facility teams. Deep roots reflect stable, long term partnership. Many trunks from one tree reflect our RTs, Team Leads, and coordinators working together under one canopy of care.
