Job Purpose
|
The purpose of this role is to drive finance business growth and penetration at assigned dealerships by leading and motivating a team of Off-Roll Sales DMAs, ensuring high-quality customer acquisition, and maintaining strict compliance with documentation and operational processes. The role is responsible for achieving sales targets, promoting finance schemes, converting enquiries and leads, and ensuring timely case processing and disbursement. It also focuses on building strong dealer relationships, monitoring competition at the market level, and supporting collections through RC collection and resolution of FEMI/non-starter cases. Additionally, the role ensures regular reporting of performance to the ASM, adherence to TATs, and consistent improvement in DMA productivity to deliver superior customer service and business outcomes |
