Supervise a small crew in performing comprehensive landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, and bed maintenance. Manage administrative duties, time entry via LMN, and ensure professional customer interactions and safety compliance.
Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Candidates should possess or be willing to obtain a Turf & Landscape 3.0 Applicators License and be bilingual in Spanish and English.
Summary:
The Maintenance Field Supervisor is thoroughly familiar with all aspects of Landscape Maintenance including cleanups, mowing, mulching, pruning, trimming, edging, stick trimming, bed maintenance, operating hand tools, stand on mowers, and interfacing with customers. Requires minimal supervision and safely performs all functions while directing a crew of one to three team members. The Maintenance Field Supervisor must also attend to and complete all paperwork and administrative requirements related to the job while creating and maintaining a professional job atmosphere.
