The Engineering Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and hiring top engineering talent in the power industry through various sourcing techniques and screening processes. They will partner with hiring managers to define job specifications and manage the end-to-end candidate experience.
Candidates must have over 5 years of proven experience recruiting for engineering roles, specifically within the power industry or technical sectors. Strong knowledge of engineering disciplines and employment laws is required.
Position Summary
Babcock Power is looking for an Engineering Recruiter to drive the process to attract, source, and hire top engineers in the power industry! As a key member of our Recruiting team, you will work in our Louisville, KY office and partner with the Human Resources team to support hiring managers and team leaders to understand their needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Your goal will be to identify candidates for hard to fill positions and support a seamless and positive candidate experience while meeting the company's staffing requirements.

The base pay range for this Engineering Recruiter role is $70,000 - $80,000 annually.
