Lead the delivery of complex engineering and manufacturing projects from initial concept through to commissioning and operational handover. Manage stakeholder relationships, project budgets, and multidisciplinary teams while contributing to business growth through proposal development.
Requires a degree in Process Engineering or a related discipline and proven experience delivering industrial or manufacturing projects. Candidates must possess strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills, with experience in the dairy or food processing sectors highly regarded.

We’re seeking 3 experienced Senior Project Managers to join our growing team and lead complex projects across the manufacturing, food processing, dairy and industrial sectors. This is an opportunity to work with industry-leading clients, influence major investment decisions, and be part of a team that delivers projects from concept through to commissioning.
With a number of significant projects valued at $50mil plus commencing in September and October, join Babbage at a time of strong growth and project activity.
The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of the successful delivery of complex engineering and manufacturing projects, guiding them from initial concept and planning through to construction, commissioning and operational handover. Working closely with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams, you will coordinate project programmes, budgets, resources and technical delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
You’ll play a key role in managing stakeholder relationships, identifying and resolving project risks, overseeing construction activities, and driving projects forward with a practical, solutions-focused approach. Beyond project delivery, you will contribute to the continued growth of the business through proposal development, client engagement and the identification of future opportunities, helping strengthen Babbage’s reputation as a trusted project delivery partner.
About You
We’re looking for a confident project leader who combines strong technical capability with excellent stakeholder management skills.
You will bring:
Experience within dairy, food processing or related manufacturing industries will be highly regarded.
