Lead the strategy and day-to-day operations of the carrier compliance and risk framework to mitigate fraud and ensure regulatory adherence. Manage a team of analysts and oversee the compliance technology stack to report risk metrics to executive leadership.
Requires over 10 years of experience in carrier compliance or transportation risk management within the freight brokerage or 3PL industry. A bachelor's degree is required, with deep knowledge of FMCSA regulations and fraud mitigation strategies.
