Substitute teachers provide core instruction for Preschool through 6th grade using provided lesson plans. They are responsible for student support, following behavior protocols, and managing attendance and duty schedules.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree or a CDE Substitute Authorization. Prior teaching experience and the ability to collaborate with a diverse community are preferred.

At AXIS International Academy students learn in a 50/50 immersion model where 50% of their instructional time is spent in English and the other 50% is spent in a partner language (either Spanish, French, or Mandarin Chinese).
