Axiom Care is a fast-paced, rapidly growing substance abuse treatment and sober living housing provider with locations in the Phoenix metro area and Apache Junction. We primarily serve low-income and justice-involved individuals who are seeking to change their life for the better. We achieve this by offering multiple levels of care along with medical services, evidence-based professional counseling, case management, housing assistance, employment assistance, and more.
Job Summary:
Our Support Staff monitor clients, transport them for treatment, communicate and document all occurrences, and help to provide a safe, caring environment in which the clients can recover. The Support Staff spend more direct time with the clients than any other position, and as such, are the lead role models in helping the clients to rebuild new lives. It requires maintaining a positive, productive attitude, even when clients may be argumentative or non-compliant.
This is a full-time position. Overnight shifts available.

With facilities in Maricopa and Pinal Counties, we offer comprehensive services including 24/7 observation, inpatient detoxification, residential treatment, outpatient treatment, and recovery housing with a focus on underserved populations.

Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record

Computer skills: Knowledge of Windows, basic email, Microsoft Word, timekeeping software. Basic computer navigation skills. Ability to type at least 30 words per minutes.
Professional and/or personal experience with substance abuse treatment is highly preferred.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret emails, policies, letters, procedures, etc.
Ability to operate 15-passenger van
Ability to work at least 1 weekend day/night shift in their scheduled work week
High level of patience
