We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager – Genuine Automotive Spare Parts to join our dynamic team based in Kifisia!

Key Responsibilities:

As a Product Manager Spare Parts, you will be responsible for:

• Define and develop the product portfolio in line with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.

• Manage pricing strategies, competitive analysis, and product price lists.

• Monitor market developments, including aftermarket competition, fleet aging, and electrification trends.

• Identify opportunities to grow OEM parts sales, increase market share, and develop economy-line product strategies.

• Track product performance through KPIs and implement corrective actions, including campaigns, discounts, and pricing adjustments.

• Forecast demand and collaborate with Purchasing to ensure optimal inventory levels, high availability, and controlled stock value.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across the supply chain.

• Ensure accurate product information across all customer touchpoints and support the implementation of digital campaigns and website content updates.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Passion for the automotive industry and strong understanding of the OEM/aftermarket environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong analytical, numerical, and commercial skills.

• Ability to analyze market trends, manage large datasets, and translate insights into business actions.

• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

• Team-oriented, proactive, and able to perform effectively under tight deadlines.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is considered an advantage.
