We are looking for a dynamic and motivated leader who is ready to support store operations, coach team members, and help drive success at our Parts Pro Automotive store in Middleburg Heights, OH. This position offers hands-on leadership experience, professional growth opportunities, and a chance to contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch service every day.
Demonstrate positive and effective leadership by utilizing all available tools and resources to support store success.
Assist in training and developing team members through the implementation of processes and procedures outlined in the Auto-Wares Employee Handbook.
Uphold all company values, including providing exceptional customer service, embracing the “Never Say No” philosophy, and helping to “Capture the Sale.”
Represent the face of our company by creating positive customer experiences with every interaction.
Develop a strong knowledge of the parts and services we provide to our customers.
Support and participate in team sales and operational meetings.
Build rapport with customers in the local community and assist in resolving customer service inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Assist store personnel in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Support daily store operations by helping manage inventory, ensuring location organization and cleanliness, delegating tasks, and following CSG standard operating procedures.
Partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals, maintain operational excellence, and foster a positive team culture.
Serve as the acting leader in the absence of the Store Manager, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Must have Automotive parts experience of at least 2 years.
Must have proven leadership experience for at least 2 years.
