Supervise production associates and processes for manufacturing PVC pipe products while utilizing Lean tools to improve safety, quality, and productivity. Lead team engagement, manage labor and equipment utilization, and drive continuous improvement through the Atkore Business System.
Requires a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred) and 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in plastic pipe/conduit extrusion and a background in continuous improvement methodologies like Lean or WCM are strongly preferred.

We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor to be based out of our Pendleton, OR manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this person will be responsible for supervising production associates and processes that have responsibility for manufacturing PVC Pipe products.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $68,960 - $94,820. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
