The Dispatcher coordinates drivers, trucks, and containers to maximize productivity and ensure efficient customer service. They oversee daily routing, maintain compliance reports, and serve as a primary point of contact for customer issue resolution.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and 2 to 5 years of dispatching experience within the logistics or transportation industry. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish and proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
