The Safety & Training Leader is responsible for building a strong safety culture and ensuring environmental compliance across the manufacturing site. They will also develop and maintain effective training systems to improve leadership and associate capability.
A bachelor's degree in Safety, Science, or Engineering is required, along with manufacturing experience and at least 2 years of leadership experience. Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with preference given to those with OSHA or lean certifications.
We are seeking a Safety & Training Leader to ensure an efficient safe, compliant, and well-trained operation.
This is a people-focused role working closely with the Site Leader, Manufacturing Team Leader, Human Resources, Continuous Improvement, Maintenance, and other functional leaders to build a strong safety culture, maintain environmental compliance, develop effective training systems, and improve leadership and associate capability across the site.
