Manage a portfolio of global real asset clients to drive retention, expansion, and long-term success. Act as a strategic advisor by conducting business reviews and translating customer objectives into measurable outcomes.
Requires 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Real Estate, specifically managing SMB or Mid-Market portfolios. Fluency in English is required, with German or French being highly desirable.

At GRESB, Account Managers own the complete commercial relationship with a portfolio of clients across the global real assets industry. This role combines commercial ownership, strategic advisory and customer success. You'll partner with fund managers and asset owners to help them maximize the value of GRESB's products while driving retention, expansion and long-term customer outcomes.
We're looking for ambitious Account Managers with 2–5 years of experience who are ready to step into a broader role with greater ownership, more complex and global customers, and international exposure.
