  • The Maintenance Technician III at ASCORIUM INDUSTRIES INC is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of machinery and equipment. This role involves advanced troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance tasks to support production efficiency and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure operational continuity.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement equipment modifications and upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards during all maintenance tasks.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance on best practices and technical skills.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize production disruptions.
  • Assist in inventory management of spare parts and maintenance supplies.QualificationsRequired Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
  • Proven experience with troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
  • Experience working with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
