Diagnose & Solve: Perform tune-ups, maintenance, and repairs on furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and ductwork during service calls
Be the Trusted Advisor: Engage homeowners with a friendly, professional demeanor. Build rapport and trust instantly through honest technical assessment
Drive Growth: Identify upgrade opportunities while completing service work and clearly communicate the value of new systems
Deliver Five Stars: Ensure every customer leaves with a smile, a fully functional system, and a clear understanding of their comfort options
Your typical day includes running 2–3 quality service calls per day where you'll:

Generate $1.2M+ in annual sales
Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings across both service and sales interactions
$30/hour base rate plus 8% commission on installations flipped to the crew and 8% commission on work completed yourself - Total earning potential based on performance and volume
Weekly Pay - Every Friday is payday, no waiting
