Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on critical facility systems including HVAC, chillers, and RO water systems to ensure plant reliability. Coordinate with external vendors and maintain detailed maintenance documentation and SOPs for compliance.
Requires an associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance. Must possess technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
