Underpinning this experience is a team of data gatherers and analysts who can convert data from a wide range of trusted sources into a housing market ‘landscape’ from individual site level through street and postcode to district and town/region. Our quantitative analysis is backed up by a real expertise in qualitative research, ranging from approx. 40,000 mail shots to targeted telephone surveys and detailed focus groups.
We work throughout the UK. Our recent commissions include work in Manchester, Liverpool, Bradford, Leeds, London, Stoke, Sevenoaks and Durham. We have also recently worked in Wales and Northern Ireland. Team members have delivered assignments in places as diverse as South Korea, Montenegro and the Persian Gulf. We have an excellent reputation among policymakers and practitioners at a national and regional level. References can be supplied from any of our clients.
arc4 provides accurate housing market analyses and assessments that give clarity and suggest creative solutions, helping private and public-sector landlords, developers and investors to make the right decisions, quickly. We also use our extensive data collection and interpretive skills to provide specific services to developers (including support with planning and legal/regulatory requirements) and undertake robust, evidence-based housing market assessments. From this, our expert team of analysts can produce a detailed overview of people, places, prices and prospects in any location.
