Partner with Commercial, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Tax, Accounting, parent companies, and external banks to ensure financing structures are commercially viable, operationally executable, compliant, and appropriately documented.
Coordinate closely with the parent office in KSA on strategic financing considerations, approval requirements, guarantee-related matters, and communication of material treasury or structured trade finance developments.
Assess transaction economics, financing costs, tenor, collateral/security requirements, covenant implications, country and counterparty considerations, sanctions/compliance requirements, and risk-adjusted returns.
Monitor utilization, collateral support, documentation milestones, reporting requirements, covenant compliance, guarantee exposure, and maturity profiles for trade finance and structured finance arrangements.

Support company guarantee reviews, corporate insurance matters, and ad hoc governance-related projects and analyses.
Projects, Analysis & Team Development
Lead special projects within Finance and Treasury.
Conduct analytical work for new contracts, business areas, and financing opportunities, producing consolidated forward-looking cash forecasts, financing cost analysis, and decision-support models.
