The Senior Engineer provides strategic leadership for the Engineering Department, overseeing the design and development of custom sheet metal enclosures from concept to production. This role manages engineering personnel and partners with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability, quality, and safety.
The candidate must be an experienced engineer capable of leading a team and establishing engineering standards. Proficiency in DFM principles, CAD practices, and the ability to manage complex projects from quotation to launch is required.
