We’re looking for a Sales Manager to drive Appnext’s growth in Russia and the CIS region. This is a high-impact role for a driven adtech sales professional with a strong network, deep understanding of mobile user acquisition and programmatic, and a passion for building long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Do
Lead the full sales cycle: from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals.
Introduce and position Appnext’s, programmatic and CTV solutions to direct advertisers, app developers, and agencies.
Drive new business growth while also managing and expanding existing accounts.
Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their strategic advisor for mobile UA and programmatic campaigns.
Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell to maximize client ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client success.
Represent Appnext at industry events, conferences, and networking forums in Russia/CIS.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Based in Moscow with strong knowledge of the Russia/CIS digital advertising ecosystem.
4+ years of sales experience in the region.
2+ years in mobile adtech, with focus on performance-driven advertising (UA/programmatic).
Strong network of advertisers and agencies.
Solid knowledge of traffic analytics and MMPs (AppMetrica, Adjust, Appsflyer, MyTracker).
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English and Russian.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, hit targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
