The Senior Logistics Analyst will extract and analyze large data sets to provide business intelligence and decision support for the US Army Reserve Command. Responsibilities include automating data processes and conducting descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analysis.
Candidates must be US citizens with an active DOD Top Secret clearance and a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or Mathematics. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in planning and analysis is required depending on the degree level.

The Senior Logistics Analyst will be responsible for supporting logistics analysis and Force Management (FM) in conjunction with The Office of The Chief Army Reserve Force Management (OCAR). OCAR is responsible to fully develop Force Structure requirements, conduct Force Integration of organizational designs and plans, and conduct Force Accounting and Allocation of authorizations to provide the Army Reserve Commanders with a more accessible and readily deployable force. Apogee Solutions supports the FM process through reviews, studies, analysis, assessments, and functional expertise, encompassing conceptual development, capabilities requirements generation, Force Development, Organizational Development, Force Integration Functions, and Force Accounting of resources within the Department of Defense.
