Short Description
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Supporter to provide technical assistance and support to the AO employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end users, maintaining IT equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and services. Since the role is officialy based in the AO headquarters, a proximity living in Davos area is strongly desired.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure first-level support for users via phone, email, and on-site for software and hardware issues.
Install and set up hardware for end-users.
Document and track all support requests in our ticketing system.
Maintain and update user documentation and the knowledge base.
Provide support for internal training courses and events.
Collaborate on internal IT projects as needed.
Support our offices in Davos, Zizers and Zurich.
Main Requirmenets
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a technical support role in IT.
Diploma in IT
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Client OS, M365 E5, and iOS/MacOS.
User-oriented and service-minded approach.
Experience with Atlassian Tools is a plus
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English. German nice to have.
The role is located in Davos. Living in the surroundings is preferred.
Willingness to travel, primarily within Switzerland (Davos/Zizers/Zürich).
