The System Safety Engineer is responsible for executing system safety tasks and preparing program plans for US Military vehicle products. This includes identifying safety design issues, managing software safety requirements, and conducting various hazard analyses.
Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in safety design for military systems and proficiency with MIL-STD-882E and JSSSEH. A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering and the ability to obtain a Secret US Defense clearance are desired.
