The Senior Marine Officer Trainer is responsible for conducting in-person classroom and simulator training for senior shipboard officers to ensure fleet performance standards. They will also develop training metrics, create assessment content, and periodically sail as a training officer to validate models and maintain mariner recency.
Candidates must be a USCG licensed Master with at least a 100T Near-Coastal or Inland credential and proven experience as a Captain. Strong organizational skills, effective teaching methodologies, and the ability to model professional standards are essential for this role.
