The Regional Security Manager oversees all construction security operations and personnel within an assigned Amazon region to ensure contract compliance. This includes managing Site Security Managers and ensuring the protection of secure environments like SCIFs according to ICD 705 standards.
Candidates need 3-5 years of experience in security, military, or law enforcement, specifically supporting secure construction or SCIF projects. Prior experience as a Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) and extensive knowledge of ICD 705 requirements are essential.

Acting as the primary point of contact for Amazon management, the RSM ensures contract compliance, operational excellence, staffing readiness, quality assurance, and adherence to all customer security requirements. The RSM is responsible for maintaining security program integrity while supporting project schedules, customer objectives, and regulatory requirements associated with secure construction activities.
