Deliver a Group restructuring accounting project and support FY25 statutory audits. Responsibilities include preparing trial balances, performing balance sheet reconciliations, and implementing FRS 102 revenue and lease projects.
Requires a newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with a strong background in audit and statutory reporting. Proficiency in Excel is required, with a preference for candidates with experience in Power BI or technical accounting.

Contract:6-month FTC| Location: Onsite Limerick/or Hybrid/or fully Remote| Reports to: Group Accounting Manager
A dedicated resource to deliver a Group restructuring accounting project, alongside supporting FY25 statutory audits and the FRS 102 revenue and lease implementation projects.
Prepare, review and validate trial balances
Complete balance sheet reconciliations and schedules
Post journals, allocations and technical accounting adjustments
Prepare audit-ready documentation and evidence
Support transition accounting and close-out of project workstreams
Support FY25 statutory and FY26 Group Audit queries relating to the restructuring project
Own assigned GL reconciliations
Investigate and resolve reconciling items
Maintain clear workpapers aligned with Group policies
Ensure clean handover of residual activities at contract end
Newly qualified accountant(ACA / ACCA or equivalent), ideally from practice
Strong audit / statutory reporting background and grounding in FRS 102
Strong Excel; interest in Power BI, automation or AI tools an advantage
Detail-oriented self-starter, comfortable working at pace
Transaction or technical accounting exposure a plus
Workstreams delivered accurately and on time
Clean, audit-ready TBs, reconciliations and schedules
Strong documentation enabling seamless handover
