The RN is responsible for conducting initial and periodic nursing assessments and developing individualized plans of care for home care clients. They also perform supervisory visits to monitor caregiver performance and ensure compliance with Maryland home care regulations.
Candidates must hold an active Registered Nurse license in the State of Maryland and have at least one year of nursing experience. Reliable transportation and strong clinical assessment skills are required for travel to client homes.
