The Office Manager will coordinate all administrative duties and office procedures to ensure smooth workplace operations. Key tasks include managing calendars, handling invoices, negotiating vendor contracts, and collaborating with HR on office procedures.
A college degree is desired, and previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role is preferred. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
