The Visual Lead is responsible for maximizing store sales and profitability through effective visual merchandising and operational execution. They partner with management to lead the team, manage inventory, and ensure the store meets company visual standards.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a client-centric sales environment and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities. The role requires open availability, including weekends and holidays, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting.

The Visual Lead is responsible for achieving store sales & maximizing profitability through Visual Merchandising in partnership with the Visual Manager. The Visual Lead will work closely with the Operations & Visual Manager in initiating, delegating work, and providing feedback to the team to achieve optimal results supporting total store operations.

Visual Lead Qualifications:
The Visual Lead is full-time and requires 32-40 hours per week fulfilling the job description as stated above. To build a balanced schedule that supports the needs of the business and our teams, we expect all full-time employees to have open availability and are expected to work variable shifts including peak days and weekends. All employees without exception are expected to be able to work during the company’s Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving (including Black Friday and Thanksgiving weekend) through the end of the holiday season (the 1st week of January).
JUST SOME OF THE PERKS
The Company’s Lead base pay ranges from $22.00- $26.00/ hour in San Luis Obispo, CA. Please also note, Leads are eligible to participate in the Company’s Monthly Store Incentive bonus program, which may result in bringing the total compensation to a higher range. Further, the range listed is just one component of the Company’s total rewards package for retail employees. Other rewards may include: clothing allowance, employee discount, 401K, competitive medical, dental, and vision plans, commuter benefits, and ALO Wellness Club.
