Responsibilities
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate person or department..
• Greet and assist customers, vendors, and visitors as needed..
• Provide administrative support to the operations team with daily tasks..
• Organize and maintain office files and documents..
• Assist with scheduling, data entry, and general office duties..
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations..
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned..
Qualifications
• Previous administrative or office experience preferred..
