Provide project and logistical support for the Communications Team by maintaining tracking systems for marketing materials. Coordinate the review, approval, and duplication of outreach resources for municipal and community partners.

Our mission is to accelerate an inclusive clean energy economy. We work hand-in-hand with cities and local community organizations to connect communities of color, non-English speakers and renters to energy-saving programs and affordable renewable energy. These programs help families and businesses save money, make their homes healthier, and combat climate change. We are also increasing green career opportunities for people of color, multilingual individuals and women.
We are seeking an organized, skilled and motivated Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our hardworking team of changemakers. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will provide project and logistical support for our Communications Team, helping to ensure resources we develop for our municipal and community partners are rolled out in an organized and timely fashion. You will be an integral part of this team and your role will directly support the ability of our partners to expand their reach and ensure residents and small businesses across the Commonwealth can benefit from nation-leading energy efficiency programs.

We run bilingual community outreach campaigns to bring energy efficiency and affordable renewable energy to underserved communities, with a focus on communities with high percentages of renters, Spanish-speakers, and people of color. These campaigns help families save energy and money and make their homes healthier and more comfortable. Additionally, We focus on increasing job opportunities within the clean energy industry for diverse talent, especially women, people of color and Spanish-speakers, through its paid internship program and job-to-career pathways for staff. All In Energy currently runs bilingual outreach programs in Dorchester, Cambridge, Lawrence and Methuen All In Energy es una organización sin fines de lucro en MA con la misión de acelerar una economía de energía limpia e inclusiva.
