The Finance Business Partner will support operational leaders with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. They will provide meaningful analysis to identify risks and opportunities while contributing to organization-wide planning processes.
Candidates must hold a tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline and possess experience in financial planning and analysis. Strong analytical, modelling, and communication skills are required to effectively translate financial data for non-financial stakeholders.

Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the role
As a Finance Business Partner, you'll work closely with operational leaders to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting for a portfolio of business areas.
You'll help leaders understand their financial and operational performance by providing meaningful analysis, identifying risks and opportunities, and supporting robust decision-making. You'll also contribute to organisation-wide planning processes and work with colleagues across Finance to continuously improve the way we plan, report and measure performance.
This role offers variety, challenge and the opportunity to make a real impact across an organisation where finance plays an important strategic role.
You're an analytical finance professional who enjoys working alongside leaders to solve problems and improve organisational performance.
You can translate financial information into practical advice and build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You're comfortable working with data, asking insightful questions and helping others understand the financial implications of their decisions.
Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CFA or similar, along with experience in research, science or public sector organisations, would be advantageous but are not essential.
