The EHS&S Program Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing health, safety, environmental, security, and sustainability programs. This includes compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and collaboration with various departments and regulatory agencies.
A bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in safety process management. Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DEQ regulations is essential.
The EHS&S Program Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing the Health, Safety, Environmental, Security, and Sustainability programs at AGC Electronics America. These programs include worker safety, respiratory protection program, industrial hygiene programs, risk assessment programs, environmental compliance, energy management program and all other programs included within the program’s compliance calendar. The EHS&S Program Manager acts as a subject matter expert as a support to the operations, quality, AMS, maintenance, and facility/engineering departments.
