Perform air and duct sealing installations and conduct diagnostic testing to improve residential energy performance. Collaborate with builders to ensure compliance with energy codes and HERS program requirements.
Experience in construction, insulation, or HVAC is preferred along with a basic understanding of building science. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and the physical ability to work in confined spaces.
Aeroseal is looking for a Field Technician, MI that will assist us in our mission by improving residential energy performance through air sealing, duct sealing, and diagnostic testing support. This position works directly on active construction sites to help builders meet energy code requirements, pass inspections, and achieve HERS ratings.
The estimated pay range for this role is $19.00-20.00. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s experience, skills, knowledge, and job location. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary and do not include bonuses or benefits.
