The Market Sector Leader will drive sustained annual growth through targeted market strategies, key client engagement, and leadership of priority pursuits in Southern California. They are accountable for the overall financial success, operational performance, and delivery of Program Management services within the region.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated expertise in business development, P&L management, and experience within healthcare, education, or government sectors is required.

AECOM is seeking a Market Sector Lead to be based in Los Angeles, CA.
AECOM’s Program Management (PgM) business line is a global leader providing program, project and construction management services delivering complex, programs and projects across diverse sectors. With a focus on innovation, collaboration, and excellence, PgM provides end-to-end solutions that drive impactful results for clients worldwide. Our expertise spans infrastructure, transportation, energy, water, and urban development, ensuring that every program is executed with precision, efficiency, and sustainability. We are looking for an individual who can work across these markets, building on established existing relationships with education, local & state government and healthcare clients in Southern California.
