The Project Superintendent provides on-site supervision for construction activities related to the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Key duties include managing subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols, and overseeing projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Candidates must have a minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience depending on education level, with a strong focus on interior renovations and commercial construction. Proficiency in field management tools like Procore and CMIC, along with familiarity with Los Angeles County permitting, is preferred.

BA/BS Construction Management, Engineering or similar curriculum and 8 years of demonstrated construction superintendent experience or AA/AS and 10 years of relevant experience or HSD/GED and 12 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
