Develop and execute business growth strategies for dams and hydropower projects across Colorado and the Mountain region. Lead major pursuits, manage client relationships, and direct multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requires a Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience, including 2+ years in leadership. Preferred candidates hold a postgraduate degree in Engineering and possess extensive technical and business development experience in the dams and hydropower industry.

AECOM is seeking an AVP, Dams Growth Leader in our West Region Water Business Line. This senior-level position will be based in Denver, Colorado.
With a proud history spanning over 85 years and thousands of successful projects, our expertise in dam and reservoir engineering is unmatched. From feasibility studies to design, construction, and maintenance, we cover every aspect of the process, ensuring the longevity and safety of critical water infrastructure. As part of our team, you'll contribute to our legacy, bringing innovative solutions to life and making a meaningful impact on global water resources.
