Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. Lead recruitment, engagement initiatives, and HR budget management while collaborating with corporate HR to ensure organizational effectiveness.
Requires at least 7 years of relevant HR experience with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role. A bachelor's degree in human resources or a business-related field is preferred, along with experience in hospitality or attractions.
