Coordinate and manage schedules for hospice clinicians to ensure timely patient care based on physician orders. Serve as the primary communication hub between clinicians, patients, and families while resolving scheduling conflicts.
Requires a high school diploma and prior healthcare scheduling experience, preferably in home health or hospice. Proficiency with EMR platforms and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment are preferred.

In this role, you will coordinate schedules for hospice clinicians to ensure patients receive timely, compassionate care.
