Candidates must possess a valid driver's license with a clean record and have experience operating heavy equipment. Physical stamina is required to work in various outdoor weather conditions and lift heavy objects.
We are seeking an Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment, such as wheel loaders, to distribute materials accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Experience operating heavy equipment, particularly wheel loaders, is preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Good communication skills
Responsibilities:
Operate equipment, such as wheel loaders, in a safe and efficient manner
Perform routine maintenance on the equipment
Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Report any issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor
Keep work area clean and organized
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor environments
Willingness to work in various weather conditions
Stamina to stand, sit, and operate equipment for extended periods
