As our Product Specialist – Power Solutions in Tulsa, you’ll be the go-to expert who turns customer needs into the right power product fit—fast, accurate, and confident. This role exists to sharpen product alignment, accelerate quotes, and keep projects moving from question to solution.
Key responsibilities: - Own product knowledge for power solutions and translate specs into clear recommendations - Support sales and customers with selection, application guidance, and technical documentation - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve product questions, substitutions, and availability constraints - Track product performance insights and elevate improvement opportunities
Required qualifications/skills: - Experience supporting technical products in power, electrical, or industrial equipment - Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences - Comfort reading specifications, drawings, and datasheets - Organized, responsive, and customer-driven follow-through
