The General Manager is responsible for achieving store sales goals, managing professional customer relationships, and overseeing daily store operations. They lead team member recruitment, training, and performance management to ensure high-quality service and operational excellence.
Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience managing a team in a fast-paced retail environment and possess strong financial and business acumen. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a bachelor's degree and ASE certification preferred.

The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Position is eligible for sales commission based on individual or store performance.
