CE QUE VOUS APPORTEREZ À L’ÉQUIPE :

Avoir de l’expérience dans l’industrie automobile. Posséder des connaissances avancées des pièces et systèmes automobiles. Avoir de l’expérience avec le système pour point de vente. Conseiller les clients pour leurs projets ou pour la résolution de problèmes complexes, par exemple l’identification de pièces.
Être débrouillard : Localiser des pièces auprès de différentes sources, y compris les commandes spéciales, secondes sources, etc.
Apprendre rapidement. Avoir une connaissance approfondie des opérations en magasin et une parfaite connaissance des procédures d’entretien et d’inventaire en magasin.
Faire preuve d’autonomie et de fiabilité dans l’exécution des tâches. Effectuer l’ouverture et la fermeture du magasin de manière responsable. Favoriser un environnement de travail sécuritaire.
Scolarité : Détenir un diplôme d’études secondaires ou diplôme d’équivalence d’études secondaires.
Être flexible : Être disponible le jour, le soir, la fin de semaine et lors des jours fériés, au besoin.
Exigences physiques : Les détails de la présente décrivent les exigences physiques nécessaires pour que l’employé puisse effectuer avec succès les tâches essentielles de son poste, avec ou sans accommodement raisonnable. Dans l’exercice de ses fonctions, le coéquipier sera principalement appelé à marcher et à se tenir debout. Le coéquipier doit être en mesure de parler, d’entendre, d’utiliser ses mains et ses doigts pour manipuler ou toucher des objets, de tendre les bras pour atteindre des objets, de grimper, de se tenir en équilibre, de se pencher, de s’agenouiller, de s’accroupir et de ramper. Le coéquipier devra fréquemment soulever et/ou déplacer des objets allant jusqu’à 23 kg (50 lb). Ce poste exige d’avoir une bonne vue de près et de loin, de distinguer les couleurs et d’avoir une bonne perception de la profondeur.
Environnement de travail : Les détails de la présente décrivent l’environnement où le titulaire devra accomplir les tâches essentielles du poste, avec ou sans accommodement raisonnable. Dans l’exercice de ses fonctions, le coéquipier travaillera habituellement à l’intérieur dans un environnement de vente au détail. Le coéquipier sera occasionnellement exposé à des produits chimiques caustiques. Le niveau de bruit dans l’environnement de travail est habituellement modéré.
