Lead the clinical treatment experience for adolescents in PHP/IOP settings, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapy. Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and families while helping establish clinical standards for a new program.
Requires a Master's degree and licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT in Florida, or status as a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern. Candidates must have 2+ years of adolescent mental health experience and be bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese.

From intake through discharge, you lead assessment, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, and case coordination — while helping build the culture and clinical standards of a brand-new program from the ground up.
