The service engineer will perform maintenance and inspections on marine turbochargers to ensure optimal engine performance. Responsibilities include identifying technical issues, preparing service reports, and managing industrial waste and organic solvents.
Candidates must have an interest in machinery, with experience in mechanical maintenance or industrial knowledge being highly preferred. The role requires strong communication skills, a focus on teamwork, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

船舶向け過給機の保守点検を行うサービスエンジニア職をご担当いただきます。※過給機とは、エンジン出力（パワー）を効率的に高めるための装置です。当社は船舶向けの過給機を強みとしております。
具体的には過給機の問題を特定してメンテナンスを実施いただきます。顧客のニーズ確認、サービスレポート作成、道具整理、作業環境保持、産業廃棄物および有機溶剤の管理などをご担当いただきます。
（2,3日間の出張が約2回/1カ月ほど生じることがあります。）

必須：機械への興味をお持ちの方
歓迎：機械のメンテナンス業務のご経験/工業的知識をお持ちの方
求める人物像：自発的にコミュニケーションしチームワークを重視できる方/常に改善を心掛ける方
入社後の育成について：Buddy制度（1対1での指導）を採用しており、入社から6カ月間は知識習得及び技術習得となります。6カ月経過後、簡単な業務から担って頂きます。（6カ月は目安の期間です。）
休日：完全週休二日制、土曜 日曜 祝日、夏期3日、年末年始5日
有給休暇：入社初年度は入社月に応じて最大12日付与。（例：4月入社の場合は期間按分で10日）以降、毎年1月付で追加付与（14日～勤続年数に応じて加算）
社会保険加入
標準労働時間：08:30～17:30
通勤手当：会社規定に基づき支給。公共交通機関または横浜・尾道・九州SSは自家用車での通勤が可能です。
賞与：年3回（特別手当として年2回、月給２か月分（計4か月分）を支給。インセンティブ賞与として年1回、会社および個人の業績に応じた支給率で支給。）
確定拠出年金制度：月額55000円を上限に月給の8％を会社が拠出
